We provide several forms of tuition assistance through the generosity of CEF, Vision of Hope, and various foundations & individual donors.
- Catholic Education Foundation is an independent charitable trust established by the archdiocese of Los Angeles whose mission is to provide tuition assistance to the most financially deserving students attending Catholic elementary and high schools within the archdiocese of L.A.
- The Vision of Hope endowment was established by the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose. The Dominican Sisters Vision of Hope operates solely to provide quality, affordable Catholic education for the children of inner-city elementary schools and to ensure a vibrant future for the school and community.
- Foundations such as Doheny provide grant money for our families when possible, as do individual donors.
Parents wishing to apply for any type of tuition assistance are required to first apply for a CEF award.
Catholic Education Foundation
The Catholic Education Foundation is once again accepting applications for $1000 tuition assistance grants for next year. If you got a grant this year, you must apply again to receive one next year. If you applied and did not qualify, or have never applied, you can still apply to see if you will be given a grant. All applications can be picked up in the school office.
Make sure to check the income qualifications.
EVEN IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR CEF, YOU STILL MUST SUBMIT YOUR CEF APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY OTHER TUITION ASSISTANCE.
