Welcome to St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic TK-8th Elementary School!
As the principal of St. Ignatius, I’m thrilled and honored to welcome new and returning families!
With over 20 years in parish and Catholic education ministry, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a youth minister, catechist, teacher, campus minister, dean of discipline, assistant principal, and principal. My passion lies in creating nurturing communities that pray, play, and study well together while serving the community. I envision a brave space where every child feels loved and able to discover the unique God-given gifts which will focus their learning and growth for the rest of their life.
The faculty and staff of St. Ignatius is also very passionate about our students and goes the extra mile for the school, families, and students! It is that energy and positive environment that brought me here and keeps our families here for generations. St. Ignatius’ commitment to Catholic Education in the Dominican Tradition, the Vision of Hope Development Board, and the dynamic parish are inspiring. St. Ignatius’ blended learning program through Loyola Marymount University and earth/garden education program through CalFresh and Catholic Charities are just a few examples of our dedication to academic excellence inside and outside the classroom.
