We will have school back in session tomorrow, based on the LAUSD and LAPD news conference that just aired. It will be great to have all the students back!
Again, I want to thank the parents, faculty and staff for the stellar response during this morning’s events. This has given us an opportunity to review our safety action plan and I would stress the importance of making sure the school has your current cell number so you can be reached via School Reach.
If you did not get the text messages from school this morning, please contact the office tomorrow with a working cell phone number to put into our system.
Thanks be to God that this was not a credible threat after all. Let’s take it as an opportunity to count our blessings and to evaluate our emergency plans, both at school and within our individual families.
